Titles have been issued for Stage 1 lots, with 49 of the 54 sales now settled and the first homes under construction. Power to Stage 1 is expected to be energised in December 2025. Planning for Stage 2 (50 lots) is also advancing, with the construction tender currently out and design drawings submitted to the City of Armadale for approval. Stage 2 is anticipated to be released for sale in late 2025 or early 2026.
