The final stage includes 50 lots ranging in size from 313m 2 to 530m 2 and a park, with the first release taking place in early 2026. The estimated date for titles of all lots in the final stage is July 2026.
Details of the release including Sales Map and updated Masterplan will be communicated in the next newsletter and updated on the website, so you can explore the lot options prior to the release.
