We are pleased to announce that the first release for the final stage of Celsius Living Champion Lakes is nearly here. The final stage includes 50 lots ranging in size from 313m2 to 530m2 and a park. The final stage is already under construction with titles for all lots anticipated July 2026.
16 lots have been selected for the first release. Lot numbers and pricing will be released on Friday 30 January, and the Expression of Interest period will open on Friday 6 February. This will give you time to explore the options and decide which lot suits you best.

Before the release we recommend you arrange a finance pre-approval, letter of eligibility, or proof of funds if you are a cash buyer.
