Selection of 16 Lots - 315sqm-530sqm
The lot details and pricing for the first 16 lots to be released are now available, one week ahead of the Expression of Interest period commencing. This is to allow buyers time to consider lot selection and preferences, discuss lot selection directly with builders, and prepare finance details to support an Expression of Interest (EOI).
What you need to know:
- The EOI period commences 9am Friday 6 February and closes 5pm Monday 9 February.
- The Final Stage EOI Form will be sent via email newsletter on Friday 6 February.
- Early submissions will not be considered. The EOI must be submitted before closing to be eligible.
- Buyers should prepare details of financial capacity to purchase (letter of eligibility for finance / finance pre-approval / proof of funds for cash).
- The deposit required is $10,000.

Additional Details
There will be 2 further releases of the final stage. You can explore the Masterplan to view all 50 lots to be released in this final stage. Construction is already underway and titles are anticipated in August this year.

It is important to demonstrate your financial capacity to purchase when submitting an Expression of Interest. We recommend you arrange a finance pre-approval, letter of eligibility, or proof of funds if you are a cash buyer.
