Expressions of Interest (EOI) Now Open
EOI period closes 5pm Thursday 26 March.
Now is the time to lodge your EOI. Be quick, as there are only 28 lots left in the Celsius Living Champion Lakes estate! Below is a guide on how to submit your EOI.
- Select your lot preferences and complete the EOI form. You can include up to 3 lot preferences to maximise your opportunity of securing a lot.
- Submit your EOI form with supporting finance documents as proof of financial capacity (must include either a finance pre-approval, letter of eligibility or proof of funds for cash purchase).
- Successful applicants will be contacted the week commencing 30 March 2026 via phone or email. Please be patient as lots may be reallocated if a buyer decides not to proceed or does not pay the deposit within the required timeframe.
Please note, the Seller has full discretion on selecting successful applicants.
Successful applicants must complete payment of $10,000 deposit before proceeding to contract of sale.
Delays in payment of the deposit or completion of sales contract will result in cancellation of accepted EOI.
