The lot details and pricing for the final 28 lots are now available, ahead of the Expression of Interest period opening on Wednesday 25 March. This allows you time to consider lot preferences, discuss options with builders, and prepare finance details to support your Expression of Interest (EOI).
Expression of Interest Process
What you need to know:
- The EOI period opens 9am Wednesday 25 March and closes 5pm Thursday 26 March.
- The Final Release EOI Form will be sent via email on Wednesday 25 March.
- Early submissions will not be considered.
- Buyers should prepare details of financial capacity to purchase (letter of eligibility for finance / finance pre-approval / proof of funds for cash).
- A deposit of $10,000 is to be paid within 48 hours of an EOI being accepted.

Finance Preparation
It is important to demonstrate your financial capacity to purchase when submitting an Expression of Interest.
