Expression of Interest - 16 Lots
You now have the opportunity to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) for your Final Stage First Release lot preference/s at Celsius Living Champion Lakes. There is plenty of demand and only 16 lots in this first release.
The EOI period is open from 9:00am Friday 6 February and closes 5:00pm Saturday 7 February. The Seller reserves the right to close the EOI period early if large numbers of EOIs are received.
Only EOI’s correctly completed and submitted with supporting documentation at time of lodgement will be considered. This includes the requirement to provide either a Letter of Eligibility from your Financier or Broker or proof of funds for Cash buyers. You can include up to three lot preferences to give yourself the best opportunity to secure a lot in the release. The Developer has full discretion on selecting successful Applicants to proceed to payment of $10,000 deposit and sales contract. Any delays in payment of the deposit or completion of the sales contract will result in cancellation of accepted EOI.
